In the period 2010 to 2016, in respect of each calendar year, how many Jersey domiciled companies completed summary winding up processes by filing a C60 form stating they had assets and/or liabilities, followed by filing a C61 form stating that they had no assets or liabilities.

In the period 2010 to 2016, in respect of each calendar year, how many Jersey domiciled companies completed summary winding up processes by filing only a C60 form because they had no assets and no liabilities?

The information requested above is not held by the States of Jersey. The requests relate to processes which do not involve the courts in the first instance but are usually a series of transactions between the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) as company registrar and the boards or liquidators of a company.
