Please advise how many motorcar and motorcycle owners have been prosecuted at Parish Hall or Magistrate Court proceedings for driving motor vehicles with defective exhaust systems and / or exhaust systems which exceed the maximum permitted noise levels, for each year since 2010 to date.
Response
There have been 174 prosecutions for a motorist / rider with a defective exhaust since 2010.
