Please could you kindly provide a copy of the most recent States Treasury Financial Directions?

All of the existing financial directions are in the process of being redrafted. It is not considered in the public interest to provide the existing documents as they will all be subject to change to varying degrees. Article 35 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied. 

The intention is to make the new directions publicly available on www.gov.je.

The first direction issued in the new format relates to Travel and Accommodation and can be viewed at the following link.

Article 35 - Formulation and development of policies

Information is qualified exempt information if it relates to the formulation or development of any proposed policy by a public authority.

The public authority considers that the public interest is best served by the publication of the revised documents as they are approved and issued, rather than by publishing documents which are in the process of redrafting.
