Please supply me with the following statistics:

How many school children take the school buses provided at the Jersey College for Girls site?

Of these children how many attend JCG, VC, VCP, Beaulieu, De La Sale, Hautlieu?

The information requested is not held by the Education Department and therefore cannot be supplied.

The article of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 which support this response is detailed below.

Article 3 - Meaning of “information held by a public authority”

For the purposes of this Law, information is held by a public authority if –

(a) it is held by the authority, otherwise than on behalf of another person; or

(b) it is held by another person on behalf of the authority.
