Authored by States of Jersey and published on 14 June 2017.

Request

A

How many doctors were employed by CAMHS in 2016?

B

How many days were they absent through annual leave, sickness, or out of the office on business etc.?

C

Did any of their absences overlap with each other? If so, how many days?

Response

A

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) employed two Consultant Psychiatrists in 2016. We have assumed that the request concerns medical Doctors and not staff members with academic Doctorates.

B

Due to the low number of individuals concerned Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies and therefore the total figure cannot be released due to the likelihood of personal data being identifiable as a result.

C

Yes. Two days.

Exemption(s) applied

Article 25 - Personal information

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.
