We are unable to provide this information for the last 10 years as we do not hold the data prior to the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012 (CHWL). The CHWL came into effect 1st July 2013.
Prior to the CHWL, non-locally qualified staff (Registered permissions in CHWL) were regulated under the Regulation of Undertakings and Development (Jersey) Law 1973. However, the States of Jersey was exempt from that Law.
Prior to the CHWL ‘j’ category housing consents (similar to licensed permissions in CHWL) were regulated by the Housing (Jersey) Law 1949. As stated above we are unable to provide information prior to the CHWL.
