Please let me know / send me the link if this is already published, but under the Freedom of Information act (FOI) please could you tell me:
A
The salary scale for a freedom of information officer (if the FOI act is covered in a dual role for example with the data protection act please provide the salary for that role, ie the role which deals with FOI).
B
The salary scale for a police officer.
C
The number of FOI requests received for 2015 and 2016.

Individual salary details is absolutely exempt under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and we are therefore unable to release the information requested.
However, we are able to confirm that the salary scale of a Freedom of Information officer ranges between a grade 7 to 10 and the salary range is £30,837 to £50,261

Article 25 - Personal information
(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005; and
(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
