Request

Please kindly provide details of all expenses paid for on Senator Ozouf’s States credit card and / or charged to the States by Senator Ozouf in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and / or that of [the name of an employee has been redacted as the cards referred to are departmental].

Response

The States of Jersey has conducted further review and analysis of Senator’s Ozouf’s expenses, in line with commitments made when this FOI response was first published in June 2017.
This review has identified that some items included in the previous FOI response as refunds by Senator Ozouf to the States of Jersey related instead to legitimate business expenses. These items have been revised and corrected accordingly, and corresponding repayments due to Senator Ozouf have been made.
The corrected analysis is as attached:

The card held in the name of the Treasury and Resources PA covers payments made on behalf of the department and its staff members and is not specific to Senator Ozouf.
