Jersey weighting supplement (FOI)

Jersey is an expensive place to live and has similarities to London with regards to cost of living. The UK Has a high cost living supplement applied to London that can be up to 20%.

Jersey also has a Jersey weighting supplement. Please could you let me know how it is calculated and what the actual percentage figure is?

The States of Jersey Statistics unit do not provide “a Jersey weighting supplement” and therefore cannot supply any details on how it is calculated or what the figure is.
