Hospital equipment (FOI)

I am looking to ascertain the following information on all ventilators, anaesthetic machines and patient warming units (forced air) located within your NHS Trust.

For patient medical ventilators: in ITU / NICU/  PICU / HDU / SCBU (where applicable): Trust Name, Hospital name, equipment manufacturer and model, date installed, serial number, replacement date due, level status of department (where appropriate).

For Anaesthetic machines: Trust Name, Hospital name, equipment manufacturer and model, date installed, serial number, replacement date, speciality of theatre / department.

Patient warming units (forced air): Trust Name, Hospital name, equipment manufacturer and model, date installed, serial number, replacement date, speciality of theatre / department. If not purchased outright and when does current contract end?
