Was the States' former head of HR Mark Sinclair the subject of a compromise agreement which included a payoff when he left his role in 2013? If so how much did he receive and under what terms? What were the reasons for his departure and why did he receive a payoff?
Response
Mr Mark Sinclair resigned to return to the UK to take up another appointment. There was no compromise agreement and no payments were made other than those required under his contract of employment.
