I would be grateful if the following questions were answered using figures from the previous 12 months please:

How many States employees took out a grievance at work within the last year?
B
How many of these employees stopped working but were still paid whilst their grievance was investigated?
C
How much would their combined salaries be?
D
How many of these grievances were upheld?
E
How many people deal with grievances within the States?

17 grievances were raised during the period between 17 October 2016 to 17 October 2017
B
Two employees stopped work but were still payed whilst their grievance was investigated
C
The combined salary for the period of absence was £7,836.24
D
Of the 17 cases, three were upheld
E
Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Employee Representatives deal with grievances at the informal resolution stage. If a grievance progresses to formal investigation, a Case Manager will manage the individual case and two investigating officers will be appointed to investigate the grievance. A Hearing panel will hear the grievance.
