Since entering the States on 15 February 2002, I would like to know how many propositions Deputy Geoffrey Peter Southern has tabled and actually won or lost?

I would also like to know how times this Deputy has attempted to become a Senator and failed?

How many times this Deputy has applied for any Ministerial position within Ministerial Government and failed?

According to our research, since entering the States in 2002, Deputy G.P. Southern has lodged a total of 212 propositions, either in his own name or as amendments to propositions lodged by other States members of bodies. We are unable to provide details of which of these propositions were adopted and which were rejected as the Department estimates that it will take in excess of 12.5 working hours to retrieve and extract the data in the form that you have requested.

Regulation 2 (1) of the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014 allows an authority to refuse a request for information where the estimated cost of dealing with the request would exceed the specified amount of the cost limit of £500. This is the estimated cost of one person spending 12.5 working hours in determining whether the department holds the information, locating, retrieving and extracting the information.

(1) A scheduled public authority that has been requested to supply information may refuse to supply the information if it estimates that the cost of doing so would exceed an amount determined in the manner prescribed by Regulations.
