As at the 30 November 2017 the following amounts were owed to the States of Jersey by the Ports of Jersey:

The largest outstanding amount is with the Department for Infrastructure, where it is the final year of a 10 year Service Level Agreement and concluding the transition to new service provision arrangements. Final accounts are therefore expected to be agreed and settled by 31 December 2017. Of the remaining amounts outstanding, these have been subject to on-going discussions towards a conclusion within this accounting year.
