Jersey Care Inquiry: Staff moved from frontline duties (FOI)

Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by States of Jersey and published on 14 December 2017.

Request

According to a previous Freedom of Information response, up to 10 members of States of Jersey staff were removed from frontline duties after the publication of the Jersey Care Inquiry.

I have the following questions;

A

How many of these individuals are still receiving full pay?

B

Have any of these individuals returned to frontline duties?

C

How many ongoing investigations are continuing in relation to the individuals in question?

D

How many of these individuals are still employed by the States of Jersey ?

Response

A to D

For clarity, there were fewer than ten employees. All investigations are complete, the employees concerned remain employed on their contractual terms and conditions and have returned to their normal duties.
