Police Association requests for legal advice funding (FOI)

Could the President of the States of Jersey Police Association please advise me in the last ten years how many officers have made a formal request for funding for legal advice as a result of disciplinary or criminal allegations and how many of those officers were granted legal funding either directly from the States of jersey Police Association or their group insurance policy.
Could the President also give the reasoning in general terms of any refusals made.

Response

The States of Jersey Police Association is not a Scheduled Public Authority under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and as such, is not required to respond to this question.
