I write regarding social security in Jersey. Could you please indicate if there is a bilateral convention between Jersey and Italy on social security?

The States of Jersey’s Social Security Department can confirm that Jersey does have a reciprocal Social Security agreement with Italy in the form of the following documents:
1) The Convention between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Italian Republic on Social Insurance, dated 28 November 1951, Rome [Treaty Series No. 41 (1953)]; and

2) The Exchange of Notes between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Italian Republic extending to the Island of Jersey the Anglo-Italian Social Insurance Convention of November 28, 1951 [Treaty Series No. 31 (1959)]
