The reason for staff leaving the ward may be recorded as the following events:

• dismissal

• failed probation

• family reasons

• ill health retirement

• leaving Jersey

• made permanent in another ward

• moved to another area within the Health and Social Services Department

• other employment in Jersey

Due to the small numbers present in any of the categories listed above, the Health and Social Services Department is unable to provide a breakdown of the reasons for all instances of leaving Samares Ward. This is to protect the privacy of individuals, and as such, Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
