In regards to the Norman granite arch that formerly stood on 70-72 Esplanade, as part of the Planning permit in 2014 it was not to be taken down until a future use for it was in place, who gave the authority for it to be dismantled and what was the agreed planned future of the arch?
What are the current stipulations and, or plans from the Planning Department for the protection, further use, and timescale in regards to this once listed arch?
