Planning Department Enforcement Notices (FOI)

Please confirm the number Enforcement Notices, issued under Article 40 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, which are still in force.

Please provide for each Enforcement Notice:

• the date of issue

• the site name

• the matter that appears to constitute the breach of development control

• the steps required to be taken or the activity required to cease to remedy the breach or to make good any injury to amenity caused by the breach

• the period within which those steps are required to have been taken or that activity is required to have ceased

The department can confirm that we have 10 Enforcement Notices, issued under Article 40 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002, which are still in force.
