How much money has been received to date by the Minister for Planning and Environment and / or the Minister for Infrastructure from the States of Jersey Development Company Limited and / or JIFC (5) Limited and / or JIFC (6) Limited under the Planning Obligation Agreements (POA) relating to the development of the Jersey International Finance Centre, The Esplanade, St Helier?

A

To date, a total of £180,378.98 has been received relating to the five Planning Obligation Agreements (POAs) listed below. No further monies have been requested as only one building is occupied. The POAs only require the transport infrastructure contribution to be paid prior to occupation, not upon commencement or completion of development.

Planning permission P/2012/1141. The building application has been submitted. The building has been signed off as complete and is now occupied. Transport Infrastructure Contribution received on 6 March 2017 for £180,378.98; expended December 2017.

Planning permission P/2013/0993. The building application is yet to be submitted, and consequently no monies have been received. Transport Infrastructure Contribution required by the POA is £205,600, index linked, to be received prior to occupation.

Planning permission P/2014/2192. The building application is yet to be submitted, and consequently no monies have been received. Transport Infrastructure Contribution required by the POA is £184,352, index linked, to be received prior to occupation.

Planning permission P/2015/1920. Building application B/2015/0839 commenced in December 2016 but the building is not yet signed off as complete and consequently no monies have been received. Transport Infrastructure Contribution required by the POA is £184,352, index linked, to be received prior to occupation.

Planning permission P/2016/1876. The building application is yet to be submitted, and consequently no monies have been received. Transport Infrastructure Contribution required by the POA is £176,865, index linked, to be received prior to occupation.
