With regards to non-medical staff:
A
Please supply the salaries of the top 30 highly paid people in the hospital. Please segregate between clinicians and non-clinicians.
B
Please supply the cost per day of the most highly paid member of staff within the hospital sector.
C
Please supply the number of local staff in the hospital top management and the number of contracted staff / consultant staff in the hospital and also their actual cost / salary / consultancy fee.
D
I have heard that one person contracted to the hospital is paid equivalent to £2800 per day. Please advise if this is true or not and if not advise the top daily rate paid.

The highest paid non-medical member of staff is the Interim Director General of Health and Community Services. The role is remunerated at £1,350 per day.
C
The residency status of the top 30 managers are shown as follows.
Entitled: 18
Licensed: 12
There are two consultants in the senior management team of Health, one of whom is the Director General.
Salary information can be found in response to A and B above. The salary for the interim consultants is in the range of £900 to 1100 per day.
D
No employee / interim consultant / contract for service is paid at the rate suggested. Please refer to the answer to question B.
