With regard to the eight monitored items on the La Collette chimney from the Incinerator;
Can you send me a schedule of the results of the tests and calibrations done twice yearly for the last ten years by the independent analysts and any comments from the Environment Department regulator made regarding these results?
Response
Detailed below is a schedule of the results of the tests and calibrations undertaken to date. We are not able to supply a schedule of the results of the tests and calibrations done twice yearly for the last ten years as the Facility was not processing waste until 2011.
The results are based on the test procedures in the Environment Agency’s Performance Standards and Test Procedures for Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Transportable-CEMS (T-CEMS) which is published information available at the following link:

The Environment Department regulator has not made any specific comments regarding these results as the plant is compliant with the Waste Incineration Directive and is in compliance with the Waste Management Licence which controls the operation of the Facility.
