A revised masterplan for the Waterfront’s Esplanade Quarter was published on 16 April 2008 with some significant changes resulting from public consultation. At the time it was not available to put it online, but now that broadband speeds and sizes of downloadable data have increased, please could it be made available to me.

The 2008 Masterplan for the Esplanade Quarter provides supplementary planning guidance for the development of the St. Helier Waterfront and is available online at the following link:
