The Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification Process took place concurrently with the advertisement on the Channel Islands Tender Portal.

Following the Pre-Qualification Process tenderers were invited using the Channel Islands Tender Portal. The tender period ran from 9 October 2017 to 1 December 2017.
