Under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) law 2011, I would like to request the following:

Do any States employees, including the CEO, receive any commission or additional payment not earned within their salary?

B

If yes, is this paid to the individual or a charity, company, organisation, (or similar), that has been nominated by said person(s).

C

If yes, what is the position of the individual within the States of Jersey?

D

If no commission or additional payment has been paid, is any due within the next five years?

In total how much has been paid out?

A and B

No States employee is paid commission or additional payment not earned within their salary. It is assumed that overtime and shift payments are a part of salary. This also applies to the Chief Executive Officer.
