Would you please provide the following information in relation to your Fire and Rescue Service under the Freedom of information Act (FOI) in relation to the 2015 Intershutz Exhibition.

How many members of staff from your FRA attended the above exhibition?

If staff attended; what was the full cost to the FRA including: travel, accommodation, expenses, salary, pension NI etc?

In the case of any hospitality received by the staff; what hospitality (including travel, expenses and accommodation) was received by the staff? What was the total value of all hospitality received? Which private sector companies provided the hospitality?

Did the Chief Fire Officer attend?

If the Chief Fire Officer attended; what was the full cost to the FRA including: travel, accommodation, expenses, salary, pension NI etc?

In the case of any hospitality received by the Chief Fire Officer; what hospitality (including travel, expenses and accommodation) was received by the CFO? What was the total value of all hospitality received? Which private sector companies provided the hospitality?

A.
No staff from the States of Jersey Fire and Rescue Service attended the 2015 Intershutz Exhibition.
B to G.
No staff attended the exhibition and therefore no hospitality was received by any staff.
H.
Yes. The States of Jersey gifts and hospitality registers have been the subject of a previous Freedom of Information request. In response to this request the registers have been published on the States of Jersey website under the Freedom of Information section.

Gifts and Hospitality Register
“All departments are required to maintain a Gifts and Hospitality Register in which entries are made of gifts and hospitality received by departmental officers that have been approved in line with the department’s Scheme of Delegation. The Registers are subject to review by Internal Audit and a review of Registers forms part of the 2015 Internal Audit Plan”.
