Related to [Name withheld] use of States Credit card.
Would you please provide the following information.
Exactly what was reported to the states of Jersey Police for investigation i.e.
1, Was it the items highlighted in the published freedom of information of 30th June 2017?
2, Or was it just the items mentioned in The senators statement made in the States assembly on 27th November 2017.
Response
Allegations reported to the Police are considered special category personal data and as such are exempt from publication under Article 25 (Personal information) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined by the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if-
(a) It constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined by the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and
(b) Its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that law.
