Non-disclosure agreements with the Jersey Fire and Rescue Service (FOI)

How many non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) has your authority's Fire and Rescue Service agreed in each of the calendar years of, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 (as much information as possible)? Please provide individual figures per year. Please also provide reasons for the agreements being agreed where possible (eg two whistle-blower complaints). Please provide the total number of NDAs but also the different types of NDA agreements (eg whistle-blower complaint / sexual harassment complaint and so on). Please make clear if the agreements concern commercial companies rather than employees. As this figure is less than 10 we are unable to provide the exact number as it may be identifiable to individuals

Please provide the total amount of financial compensation awarded as part of these agreements for the entirety of this period in £. The total sum of payments made for compromise eg along with a breakdown of the money paid out each year.

If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, I ask that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement and remind you that information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed.

Response

The States of Jersey Fire and Rescue Service have had no such non-disclosure agreements agreed for the years in question.

Consequently, no financial compensation has been awarded as part of any such agreements.
