Request
Back in 2016 a member of the Planning staff visited to check an outside building as someone reported the size. It was all within planning law and the case was closed and we asked at the time who reported us and was told we could not find out.
I was later told by a member of the compliance staff at Planning that I could try to obtain the information via a Freedom of Information request.
Response
The information you have requested is exempt under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as its release would contravene the principles of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.
