Request
From the States of Jersey Police, I would like:

The number of recorded sexual offences against children aged under 18, for the period 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018, broken down by age and gender of victims (by individual year of age where possible)
B
The number of recorded sexual offences against under 18s for the above time frame that had a cyber flag attached.
C
The number of recorded sexual offences against children aged under 18, for the period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, broken down by age and gender of victims (by individual year of age where possible)
D
The number of recorded sexual offences against under 18s for the above time frame that had a cyber flag attached.
Response
Numbers broken down by age and gender of the victims are, in most instances, very low. In order to protect the identity of these young vulnerable victims, numbers less than 5 (<5) are not being disclosed as this information is absolutely exempt under Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
