For information, Google Tag Manager containers allow us to place Google Analytics tracking tags on all surveys.

It does not record IP addresses (it is set to anonymise the IP by default).

No personally identifiable data is collected by these containers (remarketing, demographic and audience tracking features are not enabled).

Data collected is aggregate use data, and is to help monitor Government of Jersey’s overall use of the survey software and troubleshoot potential problems for users, for example:

  • number of active surveys

  • number of users taking surveys

  • average time spend answering surveys

  • peak times of survey activity
