Numbers of non-disclosure agreements (FOI)

How many non-disclosure agreements, to include those related to compromise agreements or agreements by any other name that do the same job, involving the States as an employer have there been in the past five years, up to and including May 2019? Please break these down into years and the total into the departments to which they are relevant.

The use of non-disclosure agreements is not recorded in a reportable format.

Non-disclosure agreements may be utilised for a number of different purposes – for example commercial, employment, sensitive data. As different departments, and indeed, different business units use these agreements for different purposes, including contracting with suppliers, they are therefore recorded in a variety of formats / locations across the Government of Jersey.
