With regard to the Ambulance Service, Chief Ministers, the Royal Court and public toilets; these are covered by a number of separate cleaning contracts which also include departments that you have not mentioned.
Each contract includes consumables such as toilet rolls, soap, bin liners, cleaning fluids, paper towels and these are covered in the overall contract costs. We therefore do not hold details of how much money these cleaning firms spend solely on toilet rolls or any other consumables.
The Law Officers Department is exempt for Freedom of Information requests as it is not a scheduled public authority (as defined within Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011).
A contact number for the cleaning contractors can be found in all Government of Jersey maintained toilets in the event that customers would like to comment on their cleanliness.
