The current programme has been implemented to support culture change across the organisation. Team Jersey will continue to be a programme of activity beyond the end of the three-year contract term with the partner company. The programme has been designed to leave a legacy where internal team members are trained to deliver beyond the current contract end. Any changes to the current programme of activity are managed within the agreed contract. Any extension of the existing contract to support continued programme activity would be subject to due diligence and financial governance requirements.
