Requesting the full Transcript and Minutes of P. 117-2003 - Les Pas Land transaction

Response

‘Fief de la Fosse - proposed agreement with Les Pas Holdings Ltd’ (P.117/2003) was initially debated in-Committee (ie with no vote taken) on 16 and 17 September 2003. It was then debated again on 23 and 24 September 2003, at the end of which a vote was taken on the proposition. The minutes of the proceedings on all four of these dates are available on the States Assembly’s website, links to which are provided below:

Although these debates took place before the official ‘Hansard’ service was introduced for the States Assembly in 2005, the States Greffe arranged for a transcript to be produced at the time. Although both debates took place in camera, the Policy and Resources Committee of the day agreed that these transcripts could be released and a copy has therefore been appended below.

This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly. Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey and the Government was not involved either in the examination and retrieval of any information required for this response, nor in the drafting of the response itself.
