Can you send me list and map location of G5 telephone masts erected and on application?

Also, can I have list and location of all G4 telephone masts as above.

Response

In 2006 a list of mobile phone masts and base stations was compiled and made available on the Government of Jersey (GOJ) Website.

The list has not been maintained past April 2007, however information relating to subsequent applications made to the Minister for the Environment are published on the on-line planning register.

Therefore, the information you have requested is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 because the information is already accessible to you on www.gov.je using the following links:

The GOJ does not monitor which telephone masts are erected following the receipt of planning approval, therefore we cannot confirm whether all masts have been installed.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
