Could you please tell me the number of fines issued per annum for the littering of cigarettes by Parish since 2010?

Since 2010, there have been nine ‘recorded’ cases of dropping litter under the legislation:
Deposit litter- 2(1)(b) Policing of Roads Regulations 1959.
Most related to fast food wrappings being thrown from vehicles or in the street. None related to cigarettes.
