Request
I refer to a previous Freedom of Information (FOI) response published on 24 October at the following link:
Foreshore review (FOI)
This response said: " Terms of Reference (TOR) regarding the review of Foreshore Landside Limit / Boundary have not been finalised."
A
Have they now been finalised? If not, when might they be expected to be finalised?
B
If they have been finalised, what are they?
C
Given land reclamation in Jersey over the last three hundred years (including the Bulwarks at St Aubin), is any date being used as a baseline from which to take the Foreshore boundary?
Response
A and B
The information you have requested is partially exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 because the information is already accessible to you on www.gov.je within the previous Freedom of Information response linked below:
Landside Boundary Review Terms of Reference (FOI)
C
No single date is being used as a base line from which to take the boundary because of the evolving nature of the foreshore and the fact that construction along it occurred at different times.
