How often / much has the States of Jersey paid out to fraudulent contractors in the last five years (ie been a victim of fraud)?
Please provide a breakdown of:
The number of incidents per year
The monetary value for each
Which department was the victim of each incident
Details of how much of the money was later retrieved

We are not aware of any funds paid out to fraudulent contractors in the last five years.
