Total number of Enforcement Notices issued by the Planning Department since 1 January 2016?
B
How many of these were endorsed / supported by the Minister?
C
How many of the total number in question 'A' have been followed through to their conclusion ie complied with?

A total of 45 Notices have been issued under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002 since the 1 January 2016
B
The issuing of Notices has been delegated to officers of the Department by the Minister for the Environment. The Minister for the Environment’s delegated functions are available to be viewed on the Sates Assembly website at the following link:
