Response
A
The two planning applications that generated Percent for Art (PfA) funds for the George De Carteret Statue in St Peter were:
Planning Application P/2013/1614 - States of Jersey Airport, L'Avenue de la Commune, St. Peter
Planning Application P/2008/1708 – Former Channel Television, La Pouquelaye, St. Helier
The PfA contribution from the Planning Application for the Former Channel Television Site was for a stainless steel sculpture called the ‘Obelisk’ to be attached to the wall in the development. There was a small sum of money left over which the applicant agreed should be placed in the ‘pooled PfA fund’ This money was passed to the Parish of St Peter to part fund the statue.
