Work related stress (FOI)

Can you please tell me (as at 24th July 2020) how many hospital staff are off due to Work Related Stress. Please include all full and part time permanent employees and those on timed contracts.

There are no Health and Community Services employees as at 24 July 2020, recorded as being signed off with work related stress. Please note ‘work related stress’ is a specific category within the absence recording which also includes categories for other mental health absence. In addition, staff may choose not to disclose the reason for their illness where they are absent for a short period. In addition, a medical certificate may be coded where the staff member does not want to disclose their illness. In these cases, they will not be included in the data shown.
