June 2013, 2014 and 2015

Please state the total stamp duty receipts from contracts passed before the Royal Court and billets registered in the Royal Court and LTT for the years;

2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. July 2013, 2014 and 2015

I have answered your request in two separate tables as seen below.

A) Residential property sales passed before the Royal Court.
B) Total stamp duty and billets registered in the Royal Court.

Your response has been handled by the Judicial Greffe which is the department responsible for the administration of the Courts in Jersey.

Total stamp duty receipts from contracts passed before the Royal Court and billets registered in the Royal Court and LTT for the year 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

The total amount of stamp duty for residential and commercial transactions are always published in the Court Service Annual Report although for the purpose for the request I have included it in the response.
