Freestyle Optimum Neo H. We cannot respond on behalf of Guernsey.

The initial trial monitors were provided by the local diabetic clinic, we purchased the rest but through the trial with Health & Community Services (HCS).

Approx. 20 boxes per year.

Abbott Laboratories through Supply Jersey.

No set time scale but trials will be in coordination with the diabetic clinic and HCS.
