Mr Hardwick’s contract with the Government of Jersey completed on the 29 February 2020.

B

Mr Danino-Forsyth’s contract with the Government of Jersey commenced on the 2 March 2020.

As part of a transition to the new Director of Communications, Mr Hardwick voluntarily completed some handover work with Mr Danino-Forsyth after leaving employment of the Government of Jersey. Mr Hardwick was not contracted or paid any fees for this work nor has he been contracted or paid for any work since leaving.

Mr Hardwick has not been asked to carry out any future work.

From January 2020 to the present date the Government has procured one communications consultant working on the Our Hospital project. This is not Mr Hardwick.

Complete Insight Media Training were recruited through an open recruitment process to cover the following: Responsibility for producing and implementing the communications and engagement strategy for Our Hospital.

The contract has been procured to March 2022.

Between the 1 January 2020 to 1 October 2020 £52,497 has been paid in fees to the company for the above work.
