Please would you provide copies of Education Department emails, briefings, analysis and reports, including with and from and in respect of the Minister and her Assistant Minister, and with and from and in respect of schools, dating from 2016 up to the present moment, in relation to the Department's policy on, and planning for, giving effect to the legally binding commitments entered into by the Minister as one of the parties to the Planning Obligation Agreement registered by order of the Court on 8 November 2016 relating to Field 790, L'Avenue de la Reine Elizabeth, St Peter.
Response
There has been no activity since November 2016 in relation to the Department's policy on, and planning for, giving effect to the legally binding commitments entered into by the Minister as one of the parties to the Planning Obligation Agreement.
The Minister for Education and Department officers will begin work on policy and processes nearer the time of the completion of the facility.
Much of the correspondence requested has passed retention, however we have been able to locate the attached documents within the time allowance of the Freedom of Information (Costs) (Jersey) Regulations 2014.
