  • building strip-out in April / May 2020

  • storage of reusable items

  • dismantling of the building and associated plant and machinery buildings

  • removal of all items from site

  • remediation of site back to previous condition

Actual costs will depend on the level of utilisation of the facility and tendered prices for the building strip-out and remediation of the field, which have not yet been finalised.

B

Minor water ingress problems with the main building have been undertaken by Neptunus at their own cost. We are not aware of any damage to the marquees on site providing additional cover to outside areas and facilities.

C

Works to winterise the building by increasing the heating capacity and the additional acoustic treatments are nearing completion. Estimated costs for this work are £357,000.
