Can I find out how much the fisheries department paid for tags for whelk pots for 2020 please.
They purchased two lots, but the first lot were useless. I need to know the total purchase price and the number of tags purchased please.
Response
The cost of the original 9000 faulty tags has been refunded and the replacement 9000 tags cost £3,510 plus £95 for delivery.
A further £153 for cable ties brings the total cost of the tags to £3758. This equates to £0.42p per tag.
