I would like an up to date version of total vehicle registration details.

The previous document (L-64-108569644) shows the total vehicles registered as at 15 March 2019 and is now too dated for the analysis needed.

The format and information in this document was ideal.

However, it should be noted that the total number of vehicles on the register does not reflect the actual number of vehicles in existence. Unfortunately, despite it being a legal requirement for registered owners to notify DVS within seven days of a vehicle being scrapped or exported DVS is not always notified.
